    Recruitment Process

  • As Honor Pharmaceuticals Human Resources, a rigorous recruitment process is implemented by interviewing candidates with the knowledge and skills to help create an environment that will make our company, employees and customers happy.
  • Personnel test, general talent test and group interview are conducted according to the requirements of the position in recruitment processes.
  • Following the human resources interview, the department interview is conducted and the candidate is placed in the most appropriate position in line with his / her competencies and experience.
  • Sales positions are determined as a result of interviews with university graduates who do not have experience in pharmaceutical sector to be trained in recruitment processes.
  • Appropriate candidates who apply to the advertisement published on the Internet; group interviews are subject to one-to-one interviews. Candidates who have successfully completed all the processes attend 4 weeks of professional training. They are then subjected to an 8-week adaptation process.
